NurtureStars Preschool is proud to announce that all seven of its centres have been successfully appointed under the Childcare Partner Operator (CPOP) Scheme by the Early Childhood Development Agency (ECDA), reaffirming its commitment to providing affordable and quality early childhood education to families across Singapore.

NurtureStars provides quality infant care services across four of our POP 3.0 centres
The CPOP designation means that each NurtureStars centre — including the newly opened centre at SAFRA Choa Chu Kang — will offer subsidised preschool and childcare places, helping more parents benefit from quality programmes at affordable fees.
This achievement builds on the unique NurtureStars model: a collaboration between Kinderland International Education and SAFRA that combines strong early learning curriculum with holistic development opportunities, including integrated physical education and enrichment activities.

Parents can now look forward to expanded access to quality preschool education across all seven SAFRA-based centres — Jurong, Mount Faber, Punggol, Tampines, Toa Payoh, Yishun, and the newest SAFRA Choa Chu Kang — supported under the CPOP scheme.
This milestone marks an important step in NurtureStars’ mission to nurture young learners and support families in Singapore with inclusive and high-standard early childhood care and education.
