What do younger primary schoolers do on their school’s sports day?

Twenty-five K2 children from NurtureStars @ SAFRA Toa Payoh had the chance to find out when they participated in Marymount Convent Primary School Mini Sports Day on 14 May 2018.

It was also a great way for them to find out about primary school life.

They took part in some of the sports events with the primary one and two pupils.  In particular they had the opportunity to carry out some exercises in the school’s spacious gymnasium.

It was an eye-opening experience for the children as the school is many times the size of their centre. They were given a tour of the various facilities, and learned about the school’s curriculum and other learning programmes designed to help develop the girls holistically.

The children even had the chance to try out the food at the school’s canteen.

NurtureStars organises visits to primary schools every year to help its graduating K2 children familiarise themselves with the environment in formal schooling and learn about their programmes and activities.

The children wowed by the spacious and spanking new look of the Marymount Convent Library interiors.
